Historic Savannah Kitchen Renovation

Charming Downtown Savannah Kitchen Renovation

When this family purchased a 125-year-old home in downtown Savannah, Georgia, the historic charm was undeniable — but the kitchen was barely functional. Now completing their 16th home renovation, these experienced homeowners wanted a sleek, elevated kitchen that respected the character of the home while adding the workspace, storage, and modern convenience they needed.

Kitchen Design Solutions transformed the space with Marsh Cabinetry in a soft Cashmere finish, complemented by a dramatic Midnight island with decorative panels. White quartz countertops, Thermador appliances, smart storage accessories, and a custom-built range hood completed the design. Despite the challenges of renovating a home more than a century old, the result is a beautiful, highly functional kitchen that feels perfectly at home in historic downtown Savannah.
